Como parte de esta nación de inmigrantes y siendo un vivo ejemplo de las oportunidades que nos brinda este gran país he hecho mi cruzada personal la de educar y pasarle mis conocimientos y experiencia en el área de bienes raíces a esos inmigrante Latinos que viene detrás de mí y que también desean alcanzar el sueño americano como lo pude hacer yo.

Tino Diaz
Tino Diaz is the Managing Director & CEO of CharisPROS and its subsidiary mortgage operations which specialize in the Hispanic market. Since 1974, Tino's entrepreneurial career has been in the financial services industry and his experience is wide-ranging. He has worked with community and multinational banks as well as thrifts and insurance companies. Tino has provided leadership in corporate turnarounds and founding various financial services businesses and institutions.
As a staunch advocate for sustainable homeownership, he works tirelessly to advance that cause. For the past twelve years he has lead a mortgage team specializing in the growing Hispanic market.
Tino has also worked tirelessly within NAHREP to advance its mission since he joined in 2003. He is the current Vice Chair and speaks at NAHREP forums on the significance of homeownership to Hispanics and the indispensable need for ethical behavior. In 2007, as Chairman of NAHREP's Organizational Development Committee he led the development of the NAHREP Code of Trust "En Confianza".
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Illinois, which presented him with the Distinguished Alumni Award in the field of marketing management. Tino also has a Master of Science in Strategic Management from Purdue University.
Robb Heering
Robb Heering is a 20 year veteran of the real estate business. He began his career as a corporate real estate attorney at United Parcel Service (UPS) headquarters with responsibility for real estate acquisitions in over 30 states. Robb spent 10 years in private law practice as a Connecticut real estate attorney.
In addition to serving Casa Latino as it's leader, Robb is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association (where he serves indigent clients on a pro bono basis, he's a member of the National and Connecticut Association of Realtors, the Greater Waterbury (CT) Board of Realtors, where he serves on the Public Relations Committee, Northern Fairfield County (CT) Association of Realtors. Robb is also the founder of the Connecticut Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). Prior to founding Casa Latino, Robb operated and managed Fortune Lending Group, LLC, a Connecticut based mortgage lender operating in Connecticut and Florida.

Pablo Wong
Pablo Wong is the senior vice president for market development for Fidelity National Financial, the holding company for Alamo, Chicago, Fidelity, Security Union and Ticor Title Companies. He was born in Managua Nicaragua, and his parents came from China.
Pablo has more than 25 years in the sales and marketing fields, primarily as a real estate consultant, government official and corporate manager. He has more than 10 years selling real estate in SF, and served in the board of directors of the SF Association of Realtors. He also worked six years with the state of California. Three years with the DRE and 3 years with the Governor's Office.
Pablo has a passion for public service. He has volunteered in many non-profit and government organizations, including an appointment by President Bush to the Community Development Advisory Board, and by Governor Schwarzenegger to the CA Economic Strategy Panel. In 2005, the San Francisco Business Times and the SF Hispanic Chamber of Commerce named HIM one of the most influential Latinos in the Bay Area.
Pablo is currently the President of the Board of Episcopal Community Services, one of the largest non-profit providing services to homeless individuals and families. In 2006, he was presented the first Presidents Award by ten real estate professional associations in the Bay Area.
